Right of withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under German law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
You must provide the proof of purchase or invoice.

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In the event of dissatisfaction, incorrect size selection, or similar circumstances, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the return is approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
