Welcome to banpuku.de. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and contracts concluded via our website. By placing your order, you agree to these terms.

These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from banpuku.de to consumers within Germany. Our services are intended for users residing in Germany.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Complete Purchase" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. A contract is only concluded when we send you a shipping confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

VAT: All prices listed on our website include the statutory German value-added tax.
Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within Germany. There is no minimum order value.
Currency: All transactions are processed in Euros (€).
No hidden fees: We do not charge membership fees or hidden processing costs.

4. Delivery and Transit Times

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin).
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Transit time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 business days.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made through the secure methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna). We reserve ownership of the goods until full payment has been received. All payment data is transmitted encrypted and securely.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details can be found in our separate Right of Withdrawal Information (Refund & Return Policy).

7. Warranty and Liability

Warranty: The statutory warranty rights apply to all delivered goods.
Liability: We are liable for damages in accordance with statutory provisions. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
